Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping will be at your own expense. We will, however, reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days after your package has been returned to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Keep in mind the bank may take (5 to 10 business days) to process our refund request after we have approved the refund.

Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


When you place an order, we will ship your item(s) within the next 2 business days. Please allow one week for the package to arrive after your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you via email to allow you to follow the movement of the package and when to expect it’s arrival.
We ship only within the United States (this excludes U.S. territories i.e. Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.).

Signature confirmation may be required on orders over $100. This may result in you having to pick the order up at your local Post Office.


Wholesale Purchases

Merchandise Outlet considers any order that is placed in bulk and having special pricing to be a wholesale order.  There are unique conditions that apply to these types of sales.  Please refer to the note below regarding wholesale purchases. 

Conditions of Sale: Buyer understands that Merchandise Outlet sells salvage, liquidated, overstock, shelf pulls, off-price, distressed merchandise and makes NO promises of profits to be made. All merchandise is SOLD AS IS.  NO warranties expressed or implied.  NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES.
